How long until my order ships?
Pieces are prepared by hand within two to three working days. You will receive tracking as soon as the parcel leaves us.
Do I need an account to buy?
No. Checkout as a guest and keep the confirmation email; you can look up the order with the order number and that email address.
Which payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, which also lets you pay with a card without a PayPal account. The amount is charged in US dollars.
Is the jewelry solid gold?
Each product page lists the exact materials. Where a piece is gold-plated or gold-filled, that is stated in Materials & Finish rather than implied.
Can I return a piece?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery if it is unworn and in its box. Earrings and made-to-order pieces are excluded.
Do you charge for guidance?
Sending a note is free. If you would like a full response, we explain the format and fee in our reply before anything is charged.
