What we collect
When you order: your name, email, shipping address, the items you bought and the payment reference returned by PayPal. We never see or store your card number; PayPal handles the payment and shares only the outcome with us.
When you write to us through Personal Guidance: the name, email, country, topic and text you choose to share, plus the date you consented. Guidance notes are stored privately, visible only to the people who answer you.
Why we keep it
To fulfil the order, to answer you, to handle returns and to keep the accounting records the law requires. We do not sell data and we do not use order data for advertising.
How long
Order records are kept for seven years for tax purposes. Guidance notes are deleted after 24 months, or sooner if you ask.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to care@mengpa.com and we will respond within 30 days.
