Where we ship
We ship worldwide from Shanghai. Orders are prepared by hand, usually within two to three working days. Each piece travels in a fabric pouch inside a sealed box, with the care card that belongs to it.
Delivery times
- United States and Canada: 5–9 working days after dispatch.
- European Union and United Kingdom: 5–10 working days after dispatch.
- Japan, Korea, Singapore and Southeast Asia: 3–6 working days after dispatch.
- Rest of world: 7–14 working days after dispatch.
A tracking link is emailed as soon as the parcel leaves us. If a parcel is delayed beyond the window above, write to us and we will open a case with the carrier.
Duties and import taxes
Prices and shipping are charged in US dollars and do not include import duties, VAT or handling fees charged by your country. Those are collected by the carrier on delivery. If you would like a landed-cost estimate before ordering, write to us with the piece and your address.
Returns address
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. See Returns & exchanges for the conditions and the address to use.
