14 days to decide
You may return an unworn piece within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Write to us first so we can send you the return label and a reference number.
Condition
The piece must be unworn, in its original pouch and box, with the care card. Earrings and any piece made to order cannot be returned for hygiene and production reasons, unless they arrive damaged.
Refunds
Once the piece reaches us and is checked, the refund is issued to the original payment method within five working days. Original shipping and any duties paid are not refunded. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the piece arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect
If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the box and the piece before opening it further, and write to us within 48 hours. We will replace the piece or refund it in full, including the shipping.
